Rates for these tasks are hourly charges, small projects price will just depend on your needs. All hourly charges are a minimum of one hour.
I have coordinated everything from Baby Showers, Petting Zoos, Banquets to National Media and Charity Events. If you or your small business has an event that needs to be planned, or promoted, I can help make it happen. Need something random, or help with one piece of an event, I can help with that too!! Don't know where to start, just ask and I'll take care of it!!
Basic Service Prices Are Below:
- $15 An Hour for Invitations and Mailings
- $15 An Hour for Supply and Food and Drink Arrangements
- $25 An Hour and 2% of final budget price for Coordinating PART of an Event (Up to 50 People or $5,000)

- Various Departments (Face Painting, Clowns, Bands, etc.)
- $35 An Hour and 3.5 % of final budget price for Coordinating and Promoting Any WHOLE SMALL Event (Up to 100 people or $10,000)

- $25 An Hour for Full Bar Services
- $45 An Hour and 5% or final budget price for Large (Whole or Part) Events
- 100 People or More
- Fund Raisers
- Corporate Retreats or Family Days

These prices DO NOT Include cost of supplies (food, alcohol, decorations, etc.), anything that I have to outsource or outside hire (bands, caterers, additional staff, etc.), or gratuity. These prices also MAY NOT Include cost of any promotion material that I have generate. Hourly fees will include actual event, meetings with vendors and caters, set up, break down, and errand, and other times as needed. For a more accurate break down of service fees and an estimate, please contact me for details.
