The Gardens Assisted Living
Community at Hawkins is an assisted living community located in Hawkins, TX, a
quaint country town in the piney woods of East Texas close to Tyler and Mineola on US Highway 80.
The Hawkins facility is a split campus composed of 4
buildings totaling 48 apartments. Located less than a mile from
each other, 2 of the buildings are directly on Highway 14 and the
additional buildings are located in a private cul-de-sac.
This location also has a
State Certified Alzheimer’s Unit.
At both campus locations, the Gardens provides staff and assistance 24
hours a day to its residents, and
additional services such as meals and
snacks, laundry and transportation, medication assistance (if needed),
social activities and group outings, and comfortable living quarters.
The Gardens is a private pay facility, but also
accepts State Medicaid.
